If you do not wish to wait* for your request using my standard service, then you can pay more for the following, but please be aware this does not include delivery time. You can pay extra for Special Delivery to guarantee a fast postal service.

*Normal turnaround times range from 14 WORKING days for small individual requests (e.g. census copies, certificates and wills etc.) to six months for large problem solving projects.

The latter can be classified in the following manner:

  • Finding the origins and parents of a difficult ancestor
  • Military Projects: service papers of individuals
  • Complex records relating to various bodies, i.e. Admiralty
  • Family Trees - several generation research
  • Tracing missing persons

Three working days from receipt of payment.
£40.00 per certificate.
Census Returns 1841-1901 search

Three working days from receipt of payment.
£28.00 per hour.
Wills PCC Pre 1858

Three working days from receipt of payment.
£28.00 per hour.
Wills Post 1858

Three working days from receipt of payment.
£30.00 per hour.
Parish Register Search

Four working days from receipt of payment (Home Counties and London parishes only). Other expenses may be incurred.
£28.00 per hour.
National Archives

Four working days from receipt of payment
£30.00 per hour.

 

Each costing is a MINIMUM fee based on ONE copy of each item, additional copies are charged at an extra cost of £7.00 per certificate, £0.30 pence per photocopy or £2.75 per scan.

No refunds are available for this service.
